Step One - Intake Department
You become a client with Silver State Holding Corp.

• You pay your initial retainer fee
  
• You are assigned a Client ID #
  
• Your account is verified
  
• A profile date is set
  
• Your business is profiled into our system
  

Step Two - Research Department
Your file is sent for research.

• The foundation research process begins
  
• Key foundations are selected for your organizations
  
• You will receiver a list of ten foundations
  

Step Three - Letter/Grant Writing Department
Your file is sent to our letter/grant writing department.

• Our grant specialist becomes involved.
  
• An LOI business presentation is created
  
• You receive a sample of your LOI business presentation
  
• Upon your approval, they are mailed to the foundation.
  

Step Four - Foundations receive your LOI presentation

Step Five- Foundations respond with interest

Step Six - Foundation request further docs or information

Step Seven - Funding process begins
